POLICE INTELLIGENCE.

WEDNESDAY.

MARY CONNOR, Ticket-of-leave, was charged with being out of her district, and being found lolling with an air of rum and listlessness, in a Cab in George-street.

CONNOR stated as this was the first fruits of her ticket which she had only got on Saturday, she trusted she should be forgiven, but as these first fruits, were an earnest of what the later ones might be, and as she had left an excellent service for the exploit—she was returned to the Factory, her Ticket being recommended to be cancelled.
