30 January 1828
On Friday last, an Inquest was held at the Female Factory, Parramatta, on the body of ANN RUSSELL*, lately arrived per Elizabeth. It appeared that the deceased, when she arrived at Parramatta by the boat, was unable to stand, and had to be conveyed in a cart to the Factory, where she survived just a few hours. Verdict, Died by the Visitation of God.
