SUPREME COURT.
SATURDAY.
JOHN HAMILTON, THOMAS BELL, and DENNIS HANNAN, of Parramatta, having been called upon to appear, on a charge of fraud, the two former connected with the Parramatta Factory, and latter with the Parramatta Hospital the Attorney-General moved for a further post-upon the ground that the documentary evidence which had been sent for from England, had not yet arrived. MR. WINDEYER opposed the motion on the ground of principle. His Honor deferred his decision until today (Saturday).
