QUARTER SESSIONS.

THURSDAY.

MARY STAFFORD pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny, in appropriating sundry small articles of inconsiderable value from a shop, without having first obtained the permission of the owner. In consequence of the good character she had previously borne, she escaped with a sentence of six weeks to the third class of the Female Factory.
