POLICE INTELLIGENCE.

SATURDAY.

Before GILBERT ELLIOTT, Esq. P.M., and DR. FORSTER, J.P.

ELLEN BUTLER (Bond) absentee from the service of MR. MONTRY, of Surry Hills, captured by constable BYRNS, at Concord, on the previous day, was directed to be safely taken care of in the Third Class, at her Majesty’s Factory, for the period of two months, the first and last weeks of such period to be passed in the cells.
