QUARTER SESSIONS, WEDNESDAY, 4TH APRIL.—This court continued its sittings this morning. The Chairman was assisted on the Bench by G. ELIOTT, Esq., P.M., Dr. FORSTER, J. P., Dr. ANDERSON, J. P., J. BLAXLAND, Esq., J. P., and W. COX, Esq., J. P.

MARY GATES, (ticket-of-leave) indicted for robbery in a dwelling house. Guilty—One year to the 3rd Class Female Factory.

It being now five o’clock, the Court adjourned until the following day, (Thursday).
