QUARTER SESSIONS—MONDAY, NOV. 7.

(Before W. E. MANNING, Esq., Chairman.)

JOHN HOGAN and MARY ARMSTRONG were indicted for an assault, and also for stealing from the person. They were both found guilty on the same count. The female was sentenced to be worked in the third class of the Female Factory, for six months; and HOGAN to be worked in irons for twelve months.
