SYDNEY GENERAL QUARTER SESSIONS
ADJOURNED SITTING
THURSDAY, FEB. 10.—Before the Chairman and ROBERT JOHNSTONE
CHARLES HOLT and another, NORAH HIBBS, and ANN CADMAN, were indicted for stealing money from the person of JAMES CLARK. The jury found all the prisoners guilty, when each of the men were sentenced to be worked in irons for the period of three years. NORAH HIBBS to be transported to Van Diemen’s Land, for the period of seven years, and ANN CADMAN to be worked in the third class of the Female Factory, for twelve months.
