FRIDAY, JAN. 7—Before the Chairman and Major SMYTHE.

ELIZA HOSKING was indicted for stealing two currycombs, the property of CALEB TOMKINS, York-street, on the 3rd December last. Guilty; sentenced to twelve months in the Factory, with hard labour.
