WINDSOR, FRIDAY, [Dec.] 17—TIMOTHY CONNOR and MARGARET CONNOR, indicted for stealing two turkeys from MICHAEL HARRISON, Clarendon. Mr. NICHOLS conducted the defence. The Jury were upwards of two hours in deliberation, and upon their return to Court, they pronounced TIMOTHY CONNOR not guilty, who was discharged. MARGARET CONNOR guilty. Six months confinement in the factory, every fourth week in solitary confinement.
