INTERMEDIATE COURT OF QUARTER SESSIONS
MONDAY—Before the Chairman, Captain HOLLINGSWORTH, Mr DAWSON, and a Common Jury.
PHOEBE SMITH, charged with stealing a piece of pork, pleaded guilty, and was sentenced to be confined and worked in the third class of the Female Factory for the period of six calendar months.
The Court then adjourned.
