Before the Chairman and Registrar of the Supreme Court.
ANN COTTER was convicted of having stolen a piece of wood, the property of THOMAS TAIT, of Market street, on the 16th of September last, and sentenced to be confined for three calendar months in the third class of the Female Factory.
