WINDSOR

SEPTEMBER 16.—The Court of Quarter Sessions was opened this morning by the Chairman, W. M. MANNING, WILLIAM COX, and H. H. KATER, Esquires.

CATHARINE CLIRE pleaded guilty to stealing some trifling articles from FRANCIS BROWN. Sentenced to be confined in the Factory, and kept to hard labour for three months.
