QUARTER SESSIONS
The Intermediate Court of Quarter Sessions was opened on Monday last, and has been occupied during the week in disposing of cases, about fifty, which had accumulated since the last sittings. The cases, with one or two exceptions, were of trifling interest. We subjoin an abstract of them:—
TUESDAY, AUGUST 17
BRIDGET FARRY, found guilty of stealing an iron port, the property of Mr ARTHUR GRAVELY, of George-street, was sentenced to be imprisoned in the female factory for six months.
