TUESDAY, JAN. 5.—Before the Chairman and Captain LETHBRIDGE.
ALICE MUNROE was found guilty of stealing a flannel petticoat from a female named SARAH VENESS, residing on Brickfield-hill, and sentenced to the third class of the factory for three months.
