SUPREME COURT—(CRIMINAL SIDE).
SATURDAY.—Before His Honor the Chief Justice.
MARY ANN BURKE and PATRICK MAGUINNESS were placed at the bar to receive the judgment of the Court, having been found guilty of passing forged orders, and received sentence as follows: PATRICK MAGUINNESS to be transported for life; and MARY ANN BURKE to be imprisoned and kept to hard labour in the Female Factory for two years.
