SYDNEY QUARTER SESSIONS

TUESDAY.—Before the Chairman, and JOHN CAMPBELL, Esq. J. P.

MARGARET KELLY was indicted for a larceny in the public house of Mr FRANCIS O’MEARA, George-street, south. The prisoner was found guilty upon the clearest evidence, and was sentenced to be imprisoned in the Factory for nine months, and every fourth week to be placed in solitary confinement.
