POLICE.
JULIA DOW was brought to the Bench by her mistress, MRS. ISABELLA ALLAN, charged with an invariable insolence of demeanour that rendered her quite unbearable, and with having so great a number of visitors that the premises were never safe.—The third class of the Factory for a month and returned to Government.
