SATURDAY.—The Chairman, assisted by Mr. MANNING, with a jury of Military Officers.

MARY KENNEDY was indicted for stealing a piece of print from the ship of ELIAS ELLIS, Pitt-street. Guilty. Twelve months to the third class of the Factory in the House of Correction.
