SATURDAY. — Before Messrs. STEWART and M’QUEEN.
ELIZA SMITH, alias CALLAGHAN, stood indicted for stealing sundry articles of wearing apparel, the property of WILLIAM OWEN HUGHES. — Guilty; to be confined in the third class Factory for eighteen months.
