MARY WELSH was indicted for an assault with intent to murder, &c., CAROLINE RILEY. It appeared that all parties were drunk, and the prisoner in a scuffle stabbed the prosecutrix with a knife she had in her hand.. The Jury found the prisoner Guilty on the second count. Sentenced twelve months to the third class of the Factory.
