FRIDAY. — Before Messrs. FOSTER and A. B. SPARK, and a Civil Jury.
SARAH WHITTINGTON stood charged with stealing a muslin cap, value 4s., the property of MR. CLINT, King-street, on the 17th of September. Guilty — six months third class factory.
