CRIMINAL COURT

FRIDAY SEPT. 17.—Mr. JUSTICE STEPHEN having taken his seat and the usual Commission of seven officers being sworn in as a Jury.

MARY SPENCER, convicted of a robbery in the dwelling house of Mrs. PENSON, where she was employed as a servant, was sentenced to the discipline of the Parramatta Female Factory for three years.
