A female (Mrs HARARD) brought up her assigned servant on a charge of being insolent and insubordinate, which was ordered to be atoned for by 25 corporal stripes.
The girl RACHAEL BYRNE, who, when formerly had up, charged her master, Mr. GIRARD [sic?], with beating and otherwise ill-using her, being unable to substantiate her assertions, was ordered to the Parramatta female factory.
