ELLEN KELLY, prisoner for seven years, by the ship Elizabeth, was charged by her master, JAS. [JAMES] HENRY, publican in York-street, with disobeying her mistress, and absenting herself.
Magistrate—What have you to say?
Prisoner—I’ll thank your Honor for my clothes.
The master had no wish to take her back—six weeks to the third class.
