A female domestic who had been received from the factory into the service of Mr. GEORGE ALLEN, was charged the other day with robbing her master by means of pick-lock keys, which, it was discovered, had been supplied her by a blacksmith then living in some part of Pitt-street, named BELCHER; who, notwithstanding the sentence of the Police Bench, we are informed, but cannot vouch for the truth, is still at large about the streets; such people ought to be kept close as a mad dog.
