ASSIGNED SERVANTS.
A curious question is likely soon to be mooted, relative to the right of the executors of the masters of assigned servants, to the assigned servant. The relict (who is a prisoner), of ANDREW FRAZER deceased, was assigned to the latter on intermarriage. At the death she was claimed by the executors, but the magistrates having ordered her to appear before them, and deeming her a prisoner illegally at large, sent her to the Factory. The executors it is said, will bring the case before the Supreme Court.
