Mary Turnbull

MARY TURNBULL, brought forward on Saturday, by her husband John Turnbull, who bears the character of an industrious man, for deserting the latter a second time, and aggravating this the more, by robbing him of all his money; she left an infant five months of age behind her, whilst her hapless consort was at the time lying on a sick bed, a situation in which he had been for 12 successive weeks. She was sentenced 12 months to the Factory, third class.
