SARAH STOKES, alias [SARAH] SMART, a dame who had not long before, got married from the Factory, to the happy, shall we call him, man, whose name, she assumes, was charged on Thursday, by Mrs. HOWATH, with going into her (Mrs. H’s. house drunk, and there observing some glasses upon a table, her fancy became attracted so strongly towards them, that a brace of them quickly quitted the table, and “plumped” into her (the prisoner’s) pocket; from thence Mrs. H. deposed, to having extricated them—Remanded for another hearing.
