Established in 1838.
GENTLEMEN will find the above house the cheapest in Sydney for every description of clothing, suitable either for BUSH or BALL ROOM, cut and made in the best and most gentlemanly style, quite different from those ITINERANTS calling themselves Tailors, the major part of whose work is got up at the FEMALE FACTORY, and PALMED ON the Public as cheap clothing, and in which is would be difficult to distinguish a Peer from a Peasant.
The following are the cash prices for clothing made to order, warranted the best style of cut, well made, and of good material. Any article not approved of will be exchanged…
