TRANSCRIBER’S NOTES: This individual was a repeat offender who appears in the Sydney Gaol admission records multiple times from whence she was forwarded to the Factory. There were three potential convict women on board the Canada (4) (1817) with the same or similar surnames: ANN KENNA, JULIANA KENNA, and ANN McKENNA. ‘Elizabeth’ as the given name, therefore, may have been either incorrect or an alias. Further research required.
