TRANSCRIBER’S NOTES: There were two Irish convict women on board Elizabeth II (1828) named MARY DOYLE. There was around a recorded ten-year age difference between them, however, and the one with the closest age in the indents to the individual logged at the Factory for the census was the younger of the two, also known as MARY DEMPSEY, wife of MAURICE DEMPSEY per Cambridge (1827). Further research required.
