TRANSCRIBER’S NOTES: There is no exact match for an ELLEN SULLIVAN on board the Brothers (2) (1827). There were two Irish convicts with that surname on board, but their given names at the time of transportation were recorded as HONORA and MARY. There were also a number of women on board the same ship during that voyage with the name ELLEN but with different surnames. No marriage record has been located for an ELLEN per Brothers marrying someone with the surname SULLIVAN. There was, however, a birth record in the 1820s of a child born to a JOHN SULLIVAN and ELLEN SULLIVAN. Further research required.
