THURSDAY, 4TH JANUARY—The Court opened at the usual hour, Mr. CHEEKE appearing as Crown Prosecutor; such arrangement having been made in consequence of Mr. MANNING’s interview with His Excellency on the previous evening.
ELLEN COLLINS, (freed), charged with larceny; pleaded guilty; sentence, three months to the 3rd class Factory.
