TUESDAY 13th. — Before Mr. Justice DOWLING….MARY GAMBLE for stealing from the person of WILLIAM BOSSEY, one £[illegible], and one £1, note, the property of JOHN BUCKNELL, at Sydney, on the 26th of October. Guilty. To be imprisoned in the third class of the factory for 12 months.
