Police Report of CECILIA TOWEY, 11 November 1829

CECILIA TOWEY, an old harridan, past the grand climacteric, being full 70, for absconding from her service since September, during which the old matron avowed she had been rusticating in the bush, but would not tell whereabouts,— was commanded a rustication of six months with the third class in the female factory.
