THE FACTORY.—It would appear from a sentence passed at the Police Office yesterday, that the Cells are completed at this place. An Orphan School girl, apprenticed to Mrs. WINDEYER, was yesterday found guilty of insolence and refusing to work, and being found to be an incorrigible one, was sentenced to be confined in a solitary cell, at the Female Factory, at Parramatta, for ten days, as a House of Correction.
