The Female Factory.—We understand that the cells are so full at this establishment that many women who are sentenced to undergo a period of confinement, are compelled to wait for upwards of a month before they can be accommodated, by means of which their assignees are made to suffer considerable inconvenience, and the unfortunate creatures who may be sent there are doubly punished.
