Report on Female Factory

People complain sadly of the inconvenience and expense they are now put to, by having to travel to Parramatta, in search after factory servants, who, when got, are in few instances worth having. We think the business might be managed very easily by the several Police Benches nearest the applicants’ places of abode, and without greatly incommoding their honor’s worships glory.
