Convict woman incarcerated at the Parramatta Female Factory. Mother of SARAH WHITTLE. Only the surname was recorded and alternatively spelt as WITTLE. However, it is likely that this woman was either FRANCES WHITTLE (aka FANNY WITTLE) or MATILDA WHITTLE (aka MATILDA WITTLE), who were both convicted at the Devon Assizes on 17 March 1835 and transported for fourteen years per Henry Wellesley (1) (1836).
