Police Reports

Mistress NORAH SULLIVAN, a lady from the arrah-be-aisy country, taking advantage of her mistress’s illness, refused to work, and said she would get drunk and go into the bush whenever she thought fit. As this conduct was not deemed fitting by the Bench, she was sentenced to 3 months’ durance in the 3d class in the Factory.
